With PlanGAB, most of the data is not entered by the user but is actually generated. Indeed, during the configuration of the platform for a corporation, the data entered in one screen allows to generate the data for the following screen. PlanGAB's business intelligence thus significantly reduces data entry time.

In addition, PlanGAB automatically generates a calendar (modifiable) of tasks for each of the participants to the hour. This calendar is accessible at all times through the weekly calendar, the task list and the report generator.

We are able to create this calendar thanks to our system taking into account the nature of the seasons in which each building is located. Indeed, the period of exterior work in New York is not the same as in Vermont or the Yukon. The platform creates schedules according to the seasons, holidays, weekends ...
