The Maintenance Log is made up of two groups of items:

• Activities related to the Reserve Fund Study;
• Periodic work returning at least once a year.

Here are the items to include in the Maintenance Log (periodic work):

• All periodic activities occurring at least once a year;
• All minor repair or replacement activities that are not recurring.

Multi-year activities (maintenance every five years, audit, five-year report, replacement of the elevator, etc.) should not be found in the maintenance book (periodic work).
