Which plan is best for my organization?

The PlanGAB platform is offered in two versions:

  1. The Corporation version
  2. The Professional version

The "Corporation" version allows an organization managing one or more buildings to forecast, plan and manage the maintenance of its building (s). The "Corporation" version allows you to create reference sheets, private improvement lists, Reserve Fund Studies and Maintenance Logs. It allows you to track tasks and expenses and offers a document manager. It also offers a task calendar and a report generator. The platform is used by condominium associations and building managers, for example.

The “Professional” version allows an organization to centralize the management of its current and potential customers. The customers concerned are involved in the maintenance of their buildings. The “Professional” version is both a customer relationship manager (CRM) and a project monitoring tool. It allows customers and potential customers to register, to create and monitor projects, to follow up on messages through messaging, to track invoicing, to create quotes ...

This version also allows you to create at will a "Corporation" version for each of its customers. Each of the clients therefore has access to all the functionalities of the “Corporation” version, hence an editable task calendar.

So, if you represent a syndicate of co-ownership or directly manage the maintenance of one or more buildings, the "Corporation" version is preferred.

If you are an engineer, a manager of several condominiums or a professional with various clients managing buildings, the "Professional" version is to be preferred.
