PlanGAB has been designed to make life easier for managers and administrators. Thus, we have designed the screens on the following principles:
- Separate complex processes into several simple screens requiring, in most cases, no navigation.
- Generate maximum data for users from superior business intelligence. In many cases, the user selects the relevant items and can add more as needed.
- Keep the history of entries. So data is never lost.
- Offer online help for each screen as well as contextual help.
- Offer a maximum of drop-down lists. These lists in turn generate the data on the screen to speed up data entry.
- Provide menus that are useful and usable only. In fact, there is no point in offering menus for managing a swimming pool if a building does not have one. Thus the software adapts to each building configuration.
