Born from a partnership between SPE Insurable Value, RD3C and Jean Lamontagne (developer and former co-owner of the LesPAC.com site), the “Corporation” version of PlanGAB.com has four main objectives:
- Reduce management time for building maintenance,
- Offer an easy-to-follow task schedule from the Maintenance Log
- Make data entry easy, and
- Automate the management of tasks and the calculation of the Reserve Fund
PlanGAB is the first intelligent platform to generate a precise schedule of tasks to the hour for each person having to intervene in the maintenance of a building.
