There are two versions of PlanGAB.

The first is the Corporation version. This version is generally used by condominium corporations and direct managers of one or more buildings.

The second is the Professional version. This version is generally used by condominium and property managers, construction contractors, professional services (engineering firms, chartered appraisers, etc.) and municipalities. The Professional version allows you to create accounts for the Corporation version for their clients or their direct managers of one or more buildings.

Most users have access to the Corporation version of PlanGAB.

To access it, all you must do is click on Connection… Corporate Account. The page thus accessed will ask for your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on " Forgot your password? ".

To find out if you have access to the professional version or to simply access your professional account, click on Connection… Professional Account. This will take you to the " Connection - Professional Account " page. If you have access to the Professional version, the name of your company will appear in the drop-down list next to " Professional Account Holder ". You can check if the account manager has registered you as a user by checking the presence of your name in the drop-down list next to " Administrator Name ". If your name does not appear, you can ask your business' account manager to register.

To do this, he must add you as a member (if you have not already done so) and indicate " Yes " to the question " Access to Customer Service Application (sac) ".
